This is what I’ve come to learn after many years of practicing yoga and meditation, teaching yoga and doing Thai yoga massage. True bliss, balance, harmony, and energy are deeply rooted in how you care for yourself. It is the cornerstone of wellness in your life, and allows you to give of yourself in the way you desire.
